Welcome to our SEND Pathways Provision Pathways provision rooted in Love, Growing in Faith and Flourishing in Learning. The Blossoms – Reception Enhanced Provision

Led by Miss Fearns and her team , The Blossoms provides early nurturing for children with EHCPs with a primary need of Communication and Interaction.

· OT passports – sensory passports created and followed

· Communication passports – led by Speech and Language Therapist

· Half termly parent stay and plays led by professionals

· Multiple communication strategies – objects of reference, visuals and Makaton.

A welcome from Miss Fearns – 

I am delighted to be returning to the Blossoms classroom and I am so excited for another year of learning, laughter and new adventures with your children. Over the past two years, it has been a privilege to watch so many children grow in confidence, develop new skills and reach important milestones. I can’t wait to be part of your child’s journey and celebrate their successes along the way.

I am passionate about creating a nurturing and inclusive environment where every child feels valued, supported and encouraged to be themselves. I believe that every child is unique, and I love helping them discover their interests, build on their strengths and develop the confidence to try new things. I enjoy creating exciting opportunities for learning through messy play, exploration, educational visits and a variety of ways for children to communicate and express themselves.

In Blossoms, there is never a dull moment! Our classroom is filled with singing, dancing, laughter and plenty of opportunities to learn through play. I believe children learn best when they feel safe, understood and confident to take on new challenges. Building strong relationships with the children is at the heart of everything I do, and I strive to make Blossoms a place where everyone feels they belong.

I also look forward to working closely with parents and families throughout the year, as I believe children achieve their best when we work together as a team.

Outside of school, I enjoy baking, reading, travelling and exploring new places. I can’t wait for another fantastic year in Blossoms and all the wonderful memories we will make together
