At St John Vianney, our structured school day ensures a balance of learning, play, and care. From early Breakfast Club to afternoon Kids Club, we provide a safe and supportive environment where every child can thrive throughout the 32.5-hour week.

| 08:10 | Morning briefing for staff each Monday |
| 08:30 | School Office is staffed |
| 08:30 | School Day begins. Doors open to children with staff at entrances, Years 1, 2, 5 & 6 via the front playground and Years 3 & 4 via Park Road. |
| 08:35 | Reception doors opened. |
| 08:45 | Registration is taken, school gates close and any children arriving from this point must enter via school office |
| 11:45 | Nursery and Reception lunch |
| 11:50 | Year 6 lunch in hall |
| 12:00 | Remaining school lunch in hall begins |
| 12:50 | Years 6 back to class and registration |
| 13:00 | Afternoon registration |
| 15:05 | End of school day - whole school |
| 15:05 | Kids Club opens |
