Year 5 - St Mary's Taster Day

As part of this year's taster days to St Mary's, Year 5 took part in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths) day with other schools from the Blackpool Catholic family investigating chromatography and forces.  A fun day was had by all with some of our children winning the design and making of a balloon powered car. Please see the photos attached.  We look forward to visiting the labs again in the near future and in future years.  Mr Horton
